After receiving the advance payment, we will send you a confirmation of the reservation and a voucher. If the reservation is canceled at least 14 days before arrival, the advance payment will be refunded in full; in case of cancellation of the reservation less than 14 days before arrival, we withhold the advance payment. In case of non-arrival without notice, you are obliged to pay the value of the entire reservation.
