What information we process and why
Enquiries through the contact form
If you contact us through the form, we process the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, country and message. We use it to reply and handle your enquiry. If your enquiry concerns a booking, we also use the information to prepare or manage the booking.
Bookings through Bentral
Bentral booking modules are embedded on this website and load automatically to show prices and availability and enable online bookings. Information you enter in the booking system is sent to Bentral and used to handle and complete the booking. Bentral states in its published policy that it acts as a processor for guest and reservation data. The Bentral modules remain enabled even if you turn off Google Analytics or Google Maps in the settings.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, which helps us understand visits and how the website is used. When enabled, information about website use, your device and browser, and identifiers associated with cookies may be processed. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager load according to the saved cookie settings.
Google Maps
Google Maps is embedded on the Contact page. The map is displayed according to your saved settings; clicking its placeholder loads the map and indicates your agreement to Google Maps cookies. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive technical information needed to display and operate the map.
Photos displayed with Google reviews
We also display profile photos alongside Google reviews. The photos load from Google servers when you reach that part of the page. The browser connects to Google to request them, and Google may receive your IP address and technical request information. These photos may load even if Google Analytics and Google Maps are turned off in the settings.
Cookies and saved settings
This website uses Bentral booking modules that load automatically and use cookies or similar technologies needed for the booking system to work. They cannot be turned off in the current website settings.
You can turn off Google Analytics and Google Maps in the cookie banner or settings. Your choice is saved in your browser and applied on future visits. You can change the settings at any time using the “Cookie settings” link on the website, or clear saved data through your browser settings. When you withdraw your Google Analytics choice, the website stops loading the service and its code attempts to delete related cookies.
Your preferences remain in the browser until you change or clear its data. This policy does not list every cookie name or its retention period.
Sharing information with other providers
The website hosting provider, Bentral and Google may process information to operate the website and the services described above. The processing depends on the service you use and your settings.
Google and its service providers may process information in different countries. Details about Google’s processing are available in its Privacy Policy.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to reply and handle the enquiry. We keep booking and business records for as long as needed to complete the booking, meet legal obligations and handle potential claims.
Retention periods for information in Google and Bentral services also depend on their settings and retention rules.
Your rights
You can request access to your personal information, its correction or deletion, or restriction of processing; you can object to processing and, where applicable, request data portability. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it was withdrawn.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the website or the services we use change. The current version will be published on this page.
